Don't miss the First Saturday Vendor's Village, a new monthly event downtown kicking off on Oct. 3. Booths will be set up from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the large Courthouse parking lot at 123 E. Washington St.
Vendors who have already signed up include Greenbriar Farms, Holler Girls Scent, Half-Acre Wood LLC, Ashwood Homestead, Blarney Farms, Lolo's K-9 Kitchen, Little Mamas Rolling in the Dough, Bless Your Art and Hill's House of Hope. More vendors are sure to apply before the event. There is no fee to be a vendor for the first three months, and the deadline for the Oct. 3 shopping day is Friday, Sept. 25. Scan the QR code to be among them.
Shoppers can park anywhere downtown or in the field across from First Baptist Church, just a few blocks west on Washington Street.
The event is hosted by the Jefferson County Planning Dept. in cooperation with the Economic Development Committee and the Tourist Development Council.
