First Time Home Buyers Class is Feb. 6

A class for those interested in purchasing a home for the first time is being offered on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 5:30 p.m. Lynn Dorvil, a realtor with Hamilton Realty Advisors, will provide guidance on the steps to take when purchasing a home and help prospective buyers understand what lenders are looking for in a mortgage application. The class is an outreach of the Community Partnership School at Jefferson County K-12 School and will take place in the school cafeteria, located at 50 David Rd.
