FL Cares wraps up 2023 with 300 builds

The 2023 year was a busy one for Eric Evans. Evans volunteers with FL Cares, a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit that is dedicated to giving local residents safe and effective access to their homes. He achieves this by installing wheelchair ramps, landings, accessible half-steps, repairs, and grab bars to the homes of individuals within a four-county service area. Their motto is “We Build Access for Everyone!” FL Cares was organized in 2018, and currently serves four north Florida counties: Jefferson, Gadsden, Wakulla and Leon. This year, they were able to successfully reach the goal of 300 builds!
