Flooding continues to beset A-Building

The flooding problems at the historic and long-under-renovation A-Building continue to defy the best efforts of local officials and experts.
This was made evident at a recent commission meeting, when the issue of the flooding and whether the latest $500,000 grant would be able to address the problem came up.
Commissioner Eugene Hall brought up the issue. He noted that flooding from water intrusion had long been a problem at the building, and he wondered if the new funding would address the issue.
