Here are the key highlights of the legislation that have been signed into law: HB-1275: Persons with Disabilities Registry The "Protect Our Loved Ones" Act, officially known as HB-1275, introduces the groundbreaking Persons with Disabilities Registry. This legislation authorizes law enforcement agencies to maintain a comprehensive database designed to address concerns over interactions between police and individuals with disabilities. The reg
