Florida’s open-carry ban proclaimed unconstitutional

Florida gun-rights supporters are applauding a decision by the First District Court of Appeal that overturned a lower court’s ruling affirming the constitutionality of the state’s ban on open-carry guns. In what is being called a major decision by the appellate court, a three-judge panel of the court ruled on Wednesday, Sept. 10, that Florida's ban on openly carrying guns was unconstitutional. The panel cited U.S. Supreme Court rulings on Second Amen
