FWC is offering license discounts now until Jan. 3

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is currently offering discounts on resident fishing and hunting licenses during the holiday season in response to an executive order from Gov. Ron DeSantis. From Oct. 25, 2024 to Jan. 3, 2025, there is a 50 percent off discount on annual and five-year Gold Sportsman licenses, making their promotional costs now 49.25 dollars and 246.25 dollars, respectively, not including applicable fees. There is also a reduced cost of only five dollars for annual freshwater and saltwater fishing combination licenses.
