Girl Scouts to hold Chili Cook-Off at Monticello Christmas

Girl Scout Troop 4004 hopes that many of you chili cookers out there will stir up a pot of your favorite recipe to enter in this year's Chili Cook-Off, which will take place at the Monticello Christmas on Friday, Dec. 1. There's no fee to enter the contest. A panel of judges will blin
