Girls of Royalty enjoys back-to-school gaiety

The officers, mentors and parents of Girls of Royalty (GOR) conveyed the sentiment of this adage, and on Saturday, Aug. 17, the organization conducted a community back-to-school festivity for the county's youth.
The event occurred at the Jefferson Teen Center, where over 50 individuals in attendance, including the presence of Mayor Gloria Cox, Sheriff Mac McNeill and Catherine McNeill.
