The Governor's Faith & Community Initiative monthly Zoom call was July 18 with 206 people. (https://faithandcommunityflorida.com) Starting in October the Zoom calls will be every week. Speaker Paul Renner opened the Zoom call after prayer was given by former representative Mel Ponder. "Vote NO on 4" is the battle cry from now until the statewide election on 5 November. We must defeat Amendment 4 to enshrine unregulated and unrestricted abortion in the Florida Constitution. A legal expert stated that Amendment 4 will eliminate all medical safeguards for women.
