Have a Heart for Horses returns to Monticello

This year will mark the 10th year that they have locally hosted the event, which will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 5 to 9 p.m. at The Homestead Barn, located at 519 Whitehouse Rd. in Monticello.
