Gibbs is a Lead Certified Surgical Tech at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH) and a surgical assistant for Vascular Surgery Associates. Gibbs was born and raised in Tallahassee. After graduating from Florida State University School (also called Florida High), Gibbs knew she wanted to go into the healthcare field. She says she “really liked taking care of people,” which originally pushed her toward the field of nursing.
