Help our neighbors in Franklin County

Kathy Egan ECB Publishing, Inc.  Water is a basic necessity of life, and for several weeks our neighbors in Apalachicola and some other parts of Franklin County have been without safe drinking water because of a variety of issues with their water supply. Now that the thermometer or heat index is reaching triple digits, the need for water is even more important. Those without safe, reliable access to water includes vulnerable people, such as those in hospice care. Therefore, Big Bend Hospice
