Historical essay contest sponsored by Keystone Federated Republican Women Deadline to submit is Feb. 29

Laura Young ECB Publishing, Inc. All middle and high school students who live in Jefferson County are eligible to enter an essay contest sponsored by the Keystone Federated Republican Women (KFRW). This year's topic is “What on Earth does God have to do with America's constitutional republic?” The 1st place prize is an Award Certificate and $300. The 2nd place prize is an Award Certificate and $200. The 3rd place prize is an Award Certificate and $100. Middle schoolers and high schoolers will be graded separately and will be awarded first, second and third places in their categories.
