Homeschool robotics team headed for state

Falynne Miller Contributor A group of homeschoolers sponsored by JCHAI, the Jefferson County Homeschool Association, Inc., won Third Place Overall Champions (which marks excellence in Innovation, Robot Design, and Core Values) at the Northwest Regional FIRST Lego League Robot Game challenge earlier this month. They are slated to attend the state competition this February, where they will face 95 other school teams from all over Florida for one of the coveted few spots to attend Worlds in Houston, Texas, later this year.
