The first week of October always offers a flurry of 4-H activity across Jefferson County, with special events every day to celebrate the 2023 National 4-H Week theme of "I Heart 4-H." 4-H is the youth development program of Florida Cooperative Extension, a part of the University of Florida IFAS and Florida A&M University. It's the nation’s largest youth development organization, with more than seven million young people across America.
