JCHA-sponsored concert brings the sounds of Cartagena to Monticello

This free concert was sponsored by the Jefferson County Historical Association (JCHA) and Fundación Tocando Puertas para Abrir Futuros, two local nonprofit organizations that wanted to provide a glimpse into the enriching culture of Colombia.
