On Friday, March 6, at around 6 a.m., deputies of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) were joined by the Madison County Sheriff's Office SWAT team to perform a narcotics search and execute arrest warrants at 380 S. Waukeenah St.

According to JCSO records, detectives had worked with a confidential informant during February 2026 that led to arrest warrants being issued on March 3 for Terry Devon Washington and on March 4 for Brandon Davis, both for Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1000 Feet of a Specified Area (daycare).

The home at 380 S. Waukeenah St. had been documented as a “trap” house (a residence used for storing and selling controlled substances), according to JCSO reports. When law enforcement officers searched the premises on the morning of March 6, they found what appeared to be drug paraphernalia, including glass pipes both in plain view and hidden in socks; cut straws like those used for snorting drugs; blunts; torches and lighters; and plastic containers with crystalline and powdery residue suspected to be controlled substances.
Washington was found in a bathroom allegedly attempting to conceal or dispose of items. Davis was in a hallway. Both were arrested during the search on the warrants that had been issued earlier in the week.
Also detained during the search were Jaclyn Baldwin and Kaley Taylor.
When booked into the Jefferson County Jail, the following charges were made:
Terry Deron Washington – Synthetic Narcotic Manufacturing within 1000 Feet of Specified Area, Synthetic Narcotic Distribution within 1000 Feet of Specified Area and Drugs Trafficking Phenethylamines 10 Grams or More.
Brandon Alexander Davis - Synthetic Narcotic Distribution within 1000 Feet of Specified Area, Drug Equipment Possession and Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription.

Jaclyn Baldwin - Drug Equipment Possession, Selling Meth within 1000 Feet of a Specified Area, Drugs Trafficking Phenethylamines 10 Grams or More, Marijuana Possession of Not More than 20 Grams, Keeping a Public Nuisance Structure for Drug Activity and Violation of Probation.
