
Jefferson Arts Gallery to pay utilities going forward

Regardless of the outcome relative to the continuing lease negotiations between the Jefferson Arts Gallery (JAG) and county officials, the organization will henceforth have to pay the utility bills on the building that it has long called home.
This was the one decision that the Jefferson County Commission reached on Thursday evening, Feb. 20, relative to the lease, with other terms of the agreement still to be negotiated, pending the submission of other information and county’s attorneys’ review of the pertinent documents.
