Jefferson County Animal Control is packed

Autumn Raulerson ECB Publishing, Inc. According to a post made on Sept. 5, the Jefferson County Animal Control kennel recently housed over 50 dogs. The commentator said the facility, designed to hold a maximum of 30 dogs, was overcrowded and stretched thin. This was not meant to be a criticism, but as a call for help.
