Jefferson County attends state emergency training exercise

Jefferson County Emergency Management attended an annual emergency training exercise last month hosted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for the Tallahassee region. Sheriff Mac McNeill, Emergency Management Director Paula Carroll, Department of Health Planner Margaret Levings, Superintendent of Schools Eydie Tricquet, Fire Chief Derrick Burrus, JCSO Lt. Dan Williams and Monticelo Poice Capt. Jack Pitts were some of the local leaders who participated in the domestic security tabletop exercise on April 24.
