Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Library kicks off a summer of fun

Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc.  School's out, summer's here, and the Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Public Library's annual reading program is in full swing, this time with the theme “Color Our World.” At 1 p.m. on May 30, the library hosted a glow-in-the-dark-themed kickoff party for the program. Even with the lights out, the community room was illuminated by glowing décor as guests danced their hearts out, tossed balloons, played by the bubble machine, and added their own bright artistic creations to the blackboard.
