Last week there was an unfortunate accident on the Drifton Hwy. Apparently, a truck hit a power pole and knocked it down. This was near Aucilla School. My grandchildren attend Aucilla and reported that it sounded like gunfire or a bomb. Electricity at the school was cut off. I'm sure this made lunch hour difficult. Next, all the parents who pick up kids were messaged that the Drifton Rd was closed and all traffic must enter the school through Salt Rd. Obviously, the school keeps a list of the p
