Juanita Copeland James was granted her wings on Saturday, July 11, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Her memories will be forever cherished by her son, Henry (Andrea) Copeland of Cincinnati; grandchildren: Lakisha Totten and Henry Copeland Jr.; great grandchildren: Parris, Jalen and Sam Copeland all of Washington D.C.; stepson, Wayne Johnson of Tallahassee, Fla.; sisters: Dorothy (Leroy) Wise of Monticello, Fla. and Bernice Noble of Ft. Pierce, Fla.: brothers: LJ Johnson of Tallahassee and Robert (Cherylann) Copeland of Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her parents LJ Johnson (stepfather), Marie Johnson (mother), Cornelius Copeland Sr. (father) and her husband, Fred James.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Hagan Funeral Service. A viewing will be held from 5 – 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24, at the Hagan Funeral Service, located at 175 N. Railroad St., in Monticello. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday July 25, at the Ashville Cemetery in Monticello. Prophet Donald Gilyard will deliver words of comfort during the service.
