Lady Warriors fall to Cowgirls

Rick Patrick ECB Publishing, Inc. On Thursday, April 4, the Aucilla Christian Academy (ACA) Lady Warriors varsity softball team traveled to Madison to face the Cowgirls of Madison County High School. The contest was a defensive struggle, with runs coming at a premium. The Cowgirls took the lead with two runs in the bottom of the third inning. The Cowgirls added one insurance run in the bottom of the fifth. The Lady Warriors had an opportunity in the top of the sixth inning when they loaded the bases, with two outs.
