A limited-space summer camp is reserving 100 spots for Jefferson County families.
This camp, which began on July 6 and has extended throughout multiple camps during the month, will host its final weekly session next week.
Throughout this virtual camp experience, Jefferson County youth have gotten to explore the natural world of animals through observations, experiments, games, crafts and lessons – all hosted by trained educators with the Manatee Lagoon (in West Palm Beach, Fla.), the Loggerhead Marinelife Center (in Juno Beach, Fla.), the Zoo Miami Foundation and the Museum of Discovery and Science (in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.).
The space for this final camp is limited and registration is required for all participants; parents and legal guardians only need to complete one registration per household. Only 100 Jefferson County families will be able to register for free, and registration for this camp will open today, on Friday, July 17.
