It's a good idea to plant for a rainbow of edibles and when doing that not to overlook the blue ones. Blue foods are known for being nutrient-dense, full of antioxidants, rich in anti-inflammatories and generally bursting with all kinds of health benefits.
Think berries, think eggplant, think kale, think blue corn chips! For herbs and edible flowers, there's blue basil, pansies, Florida violet, bachelor's button, borage, cornflower and butterfly peas. Beyond t
