Leap Day: An extra day to have a heart for horses

Debbie Snapp ECB Publishing, Inc. Triple R Horse Rescue will host its ninth annual fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 29, from 5 to 10 p.m.; Leap Day is an extra day to have a heart for horses. The fundraising effort will take place this year at the Lewiswood Farm, located at 4500 Natural Bridge Rd., in Tallahassee.
