Local athlete wins with Sharks

Jefferson County local Kade McLeod, age 11, recently helped the SGSA 11U Sharks win the Silver Bracket Championship in the Southeast Championship baseball tournament in Moultrie, Ga., on Saturday, June 20. After a 2-2 start to the tournament, the Sharks put together an overwhelming 20-0 victory over the Pines 11U Spells team to win the Silver Championship.
