Local caucus celebrates Constitution Day

Submitted by Bill Snyder The Jefferson County Florida Constitutional Freedom Caucus celebrated Constitution Day at the Jefferson County Florida Courthouse Annex on Monday afternoon, Sept. 18, with a panel of local “We the People” patriot participants seated at the dais and an overflow crowd of around 50 people in attendance. Vicki Sheffield read a letter from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis encouraging observation of “American Founders Month” and “Celebrate Freedom Week” according to Florida Statutes. Everyone in the room stood and recited together the following words of the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal
