
Local fundraiser to aid in rescue dog’s medical recovery

The day before the infamous “Florida snow storm,” four dogs were discovered chained up outside with no shelter to protect them from the looming inclement weather. These dogs were picked up by the Jefferson County Animal Control office, and have since been placed for adoption. One dog in particular, named Baby, has recently had to be removed from the Animal Control Kennel's adoption list by a concerned volunteer, as her health has been in steady decline.
