Look for it to be set up in the CowHaus parking lot on Courthouse Circle on Monday, Nov. 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. The market, which is being coordinated by the Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, aims to feature locally grown produce and artisanal products (it will not include arts and crafts).
