Looking forward and looking back

Happy new year! I am very excited for this new year we are beginning, and I hope you are too. I plan to try new things in 2025. I hope you will as well. As I think about the new year starting, it has caused me to look back and think about the things I did last year. Here are some highlights from last year. I went on my first flight ever. I flew to Chicago with my dad. Before we took off, the pilot let me tour the cockpit. It was very fascinating. It had so many buttons and levers. Another new thing I did last year was I went surfing for the first time! I took surfing lessons on the beach in Jacksonville.
