Luckenbooth moves to new location

Heather Ainsley ECB Publishing, Inc. On Saturday, March 16, local Monticello residents might have noticed the iconic sounds of bagpipes as they enjoyed an afternoon downtown. These festive melodies were played by none other than Joe Ashcraft, a seasoned performer who has spent the last 30 years playing his bagpipes for weddings, memorials, funerals, tournaments and other events. The event he was helping to celebrate that early afternoon was none other than the Grand Re-Opening Celebration of the Luckenbooth Shop, which recently moved into its brand new location.
