Man arrested under Second Degree Murder charges

Story submitted by JCSO On Saturday, Jan. 25, at approximately 1:20 a.m., Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) received a 911 call in reference to a shooting at 4205 St. Augustine Rd. The victim’s daughter advised Dispatch that her father had been shot and his vehicle was stolen.
