Maude L (Curry) LeMaster who loved to be called (Momma) by everyone departed her loving family on September 8, 2022. Her soul will continue living on through her adoring family and friends. Maude was a strong loving woman who throughout her lifetime devoted herself to her family. God blessed us with 96 wonderful years with her. Maude was definitely an angel of God working her love through everyone that knew her. Maude was born on May 29, 1926 in Miami, Fla. to Mance and Ellen Baucam She was Mother to four daughters and three sons-- Walter Curry, Jr (Jeannie), Patricia Vracar (Richard) Carol Bigelow (Don) Dale Curry (Bridget), Dennis Curry (Gail), Paula Bloomberg (Bruce) and Julie Knowles (Michael) She was Granny to (23) Grandchildren, (50) Great children, and (7) Great, Great Grandchildren She raised her children with Love and Devotion in Vero Beach Fla., with her loving husband Walter Curry, Sr. Maude retired from Florida Public School Board. Aside from spending time with her children and grandchildren she loved to dance and play cards Along with her children she is survived by her sister Barbara VanPelt, five nieces Betty Adams, Kathy McGuire, Sharon Nelson, Deborah Cochran, Peggy McBride and nephew Jeff Baucam Services to held Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Central Baptist Church, 655 Tindell Rd., Monticello, Fla., with viewing at 10:00 AM followed by her funeral at 11:00 AM, burial will immediately follow at Tallahassee National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
