He is not a new resident of Monticello, however—he moved to neighboring Jefferson County 12 years ago. “I've always had my eye on Jefferson County...” he says. “It's beautiful over here. I like all its little things, like the character of the town, and that there's no traffic light.” Belvin has worked as a video producer for 30 years. As the owner
