Meet Danny Deason! Deason was born and raised in Cairo, Ga. As a teen, he moved to Tallahassee with his brother to attend Leon High School, where he spent his final two years of high school. After graduating from Tallahassee State College with his AA, he joined the Air Force and spent three years in Alaska.  Deason was a private pilot for 35 years and an IT tech for Fedex for 26 years before his retirement in 2010. After retiring, his passion for sports, especially softball, motivated him to become a junior varsity softball coach at Aucilla Christian Academy, which he considered to be “the best job [he] ever had.” To this day, he keeps up with women's softball and says he is eager
