Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc. Meet Hannah Gallups! Gallups was raised in Santa Rosa Beach, an unincorporated community near Destin. During her junior year of high school, her family moved to Milton, Fla., where she later graduated and met her husband, Brandon. The couple moved to Alabama in 2013, then back to Florida in January 2023. Gallups moved to Jefferson County a little less than two years ago. Her husband is a full-time pastor at Wacissa Christian Church; he was raised in Jefferson County, and later, the couple decided to return to the hometown so he could become pastor when the church was in need.
