Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc. Meet Monica Jackson, a friendly face who is sure to delight those who happen upon her during their downtown excursions. Jackson's parents immigrated from the Caribbean Islands to Madison, Fla., where Jackson was born and raised. Her family speaks fluent French and has a strong family bond and sense of unity; Jackson describes them as “absolutely beautiful.” For a time, she had to move away from the area and her family for work, but was delighted to be able to come back to the North Florida area when a job opened up at the Madison Correctional Institution (MCI). Currently, she works as a Chaplain Assistant at MCI, a job she says she took because
