Scarola has lived in Monticello for over seven years. Originally, he was born and raised in New York, where he also earned his Bachelor's Degree in Speech from Queens College. However, he did not remain there, and ended up moving numerous times throughout his adult life. “My life has been a rollercoaster,” he says, describing his frequent relocations.
