Michelle Milligan to speak at Feb. 1 prayer breakfast

The next meeting of the Monticello Community Prayer Breakfast will take place on Thursday, Feb. 1, from 7 to 8 a.m. This month's gathering will be hosted by the Spiritual Aims Committee of the Kiwanis Club. They are planning to continue their tradition of serving up a delicious pancake breakfast at the Jefferson County Club, located at 748 Boston Hwy. The Feb. 1 program will feature testimony by Jefferson County Supervisor of Elections Michelle Milligan. Th
