Michelle Milligan to speak at Feb. 1 prayer breakfast

The next meeting of the Monticello Community Prayer Breakfast will take place on Thursday, Feb. 1, from 7 to 8 a.m. This month's gathering will be hosted by the Spiritual Aims Committee of the Kiwanis Club. They are planning to continue their tradition of serving up a delicious pancake breakfast at the Jefferson County Club, located at 748 Boston Hwy. The Feb. 1 program will feature testimony by Jefferson County Supervisor of Elections Michelle Milligan. The Monticello Community Prayer Breakfast is not affiliated with any church and meets at different locations throughout the year on the first Thursday of each month. This is its 30th year of providing a
