At least, that's what vendors at the Monticello Christmas celebration were thinking as they set up their booths in a delicate drizzle on Friday, Dec. 1. Fortunately for most vendors, prompt alerts from the Monticello Christmas coordinators alerted them to the uncertain weather forecast, and vendors were permitted last minute to bring pop-up tents, an element that had previously been prohibited for set up at the festival.
