Monticello has a new mural

Hailey Heseltine ECB Publishing, Inc. Monticello has a new mural, located on the south side of the building on the northwest corner of U.S. 19 and Courthouse Circle. Funded by a grant from T-Mobile, the mural, which features local flora and fauna framing the city's name, is the work of Jason Tetlak of Tetlak, LLC.
