Monticello man dies in motorcycle wreck

According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report, Jefferson County resident Kyle Coryn was traveling west on CR 158A around 7 a.m., Sunday, April 28, when he lost control of his motorcycle while attempting to navigate a left-hand curve as he approached Azalea Avenue, in Monticello.
The motorcycle traveled onto the westbound shoulder, continuing through a grassy ditch before colliding with a concrete culvert and throwing Coryn from the bike. He was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Jefferson County EMS and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office assisted FHP during the crash investigation.
