Monticello man found dead

On Saturday, April 13, the Monticello Police Department (MPD) was alerted to complaints of an individual lying in a Monticello yard near Martin Luther King St., reportedly unresponsive. MPD responded to the scene and confirmed that there was a black male lying on the ground who was unable to respond.
