The March 18 Monticello-Jefferson Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Five event was held recently at the Monticello News, located at 180 W. Washington St., in downtown Monticello. Friends, business owners/employees, community leaders and Chamber members all gathered together to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day festivities, which included a lot of green finger foods, a plethora of green sweets and a selection of beverages of all kinds. Attendees placed their name into a bowl for their chance to win a door prize of a free subscription to the Monticello News and Jefferson County Journal.
