Mother Rosa Lee Roberts Bradley McCollum was born on Jan. 24, 1940, in Naylor, Ga. She was the beautiful daughter of the late Bobby and Sally Lou Roberts. She was raised in a loving and God fearing home.
On Oct. 18, 2021, Mother Rosa finished her journey. She transcended this realm of mortality and joined the heavenly ranks of immortality with her Lord and Savior. She has reached her journey’s end and has found peace at the close of her day. She met and married the love of her life Dennis Bradley and to this union they had one daughter, Margaret Bradley, who preceded her in death. Years later in life, she met and married Richard McCollum, who also preceded her in death. She served as a church Mother of the Junious Hills Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memories, stepchildren and grandchildren; three nieces: Frances (Lewis), Mildred (Herman), and Sally (Joseph); Willie and Henry. She is also survived by her church family, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The caring and compassionate staff of Hagan Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements. Public viewing will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2021. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at Philadelphia Pallbearers #25 Cemetery. Face masks are required.
