Neighbors call marijuana facility noisy and smelly

Lazaro Aleman ECB Publishing, Inc. The alleged noise and stench coming from the Trulieve medical marijuana growing facility in Waukeenah is causing an outcry from some neighboring property owners. On Thursday evening, Nov. 16, two of the neighboring property owners approached the Jefferson County Commission to complain about the odor and noise from the facility and call for relief. Norman Fralick and Nancy Gebhart, whose residences on Kaptain Drive put them within proximity of the Trulieve
