New City Manager chosen

The Monticello City Council last week made its choice for city manager, at the same time designating its second choice, should negotiations with the first choice prove futile. The first choice for city manager, which the council decided on Tuesday, March 4, was David Schoeff. Second choice was Michael Brillhart. Kurt Mackiewicz was the third candidate.
